AIG Travel recently received their seventh consecutive 2016 Confirmit ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) award, demonstrating its long-term commitment to leveraging insights from customers and industry experts for meaningful business improvement.
The Confirmit ACE Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in customer experience, and are based on successful Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee programs that deliver tangible business results. AIG Travel’s award-winning program found that on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest possible score, customers rated their experience with Travel Guard products and services an average of 9.3. More than 87 percent of customers rated their experience a 9 or 10 in their survey responses.
