HOUSTON – May 21, 2015 – Confirmit has awarded AIG Travel, provider of the portfolio of Travel Guard® travel insurance and global assistance services, a 2015 ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award for customer service. This is the sixth straight year that AIG’s travel insurance and assistance companies have received the accolade, showcasing the company’s long-term dedication to customer service.
The Confirmit ACE Awards program celebrates exceptional achievement in the Voice of the Customer and customer experience. Receiving a Confirmit Ace Award is a significant honor that demonstrates the recipient’s rigorous application of both customer service experience processes, and its outstanding performance measured by those processes. Only an elite group of Confirmit clients qualified for an ACE Award.
Confirmit’s ACE Award is based on customer feedback programs from around the globe. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest possible score, customers rated their experience with Travel Guard products and services an average of 9.26. More than 87 percent of customers rated their experience an 8, 9, or 10 in their survey responses.
